The mm-102-fl is a excellent tool for fluorescence microscopy. Equipped with a powerful light source like a xenon or metal halogen lamp and a high contrast filter set turns the basic configuration into a compact and very sensitive fluorescence microscope. Several camera types and spectrometers are available.

Image acquisition and measurement tasks can be automated by different software modules. Examples are auto focus, automated image montage, or particle analysis.
There are many different customized processing and machine vision tools available.
