Optical metrology platform for industrial application

omt designs and manufactures customized optical measurement systems as well as scanners for in-line and off-line industrial applications. omt has first-hand experience with integrating optical systems in factories for a variety of industries, namely the photovoltaic (especially for Culn_1-xGa_xSe₂ / CIGS) thin film applications), glass (for automotive and building architecture), paper, nanotechnology, and semiconductor. In addition to our optical tools, our factory packages include support of SECS/GEM and Profibus protocols for equipment-to-host interfaces.
